Just follow the steps below and you'll be playing in no time.
1. Right click on Black Desert Online in your Steam library and choose “Properties”.
2. Under the “General” tab select the button “Set Launch Options…”
3. In the window that popups, place the following string: --regionSelection=true
4. Click “OK”
5. When you next launch Black Desert Online you will be prompted to choose a region.
